If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.
Data Controller:
For users located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may contact us using the email above for any data protection inquiries.

Resolina Invest LTD does not collect, process, store, or otherwise handle any user data through this App. Resolina Invest LTD is not a data controller, joint controller, or data processor in relation to the App. All personal data practices described in this Policy are the sole responsibility of VART SERVIS TOV.

The App does not offer gambling, betting, real-money gaming, wagering, deposits, withdrawals, or any financial transactions. The App does not transmit user data to any betting or gambling platform.
The App does not require account registration and does not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or social login credentials.
The App is intended exclusively for users 18 years of age or older. Age verification is required on first launch. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete such data without undue delay. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us at dankotetana1@gmail.com.
The App is not directed at children under 13, and we comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not knowingly collecting data from such users.
To provide the Favourites feature across app sessions on the same device, the App uses an anonymous device identifier (UUID). This identifier is sent to our backend solely to associate your favourites list with your device, and can be reset at any time by clearing app data or reinstalling the App.
When you star a match, we store on our backend server:

API-Football privacy policy: https://www.api-football.com/privacy
Sports data provider, as described in Section 8.
The App is distributed through Google Play and uses Google Play Services for app installation, signature verification, and updates. Google Play collects standard install metadata governed by Google's privacy policy, independently of the App. We receive only aggregate, anonymised installation statistics through Google Play Console.

The App does not integrate with any other third-party SDK, analytics service, advertising network, or attribution platform.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:
We do not share data with Resolina Invest LTD or any party associated with the MOSTBET trademark beyond what is described in Section 3.
Our backend infrastructure is hosted on virtual private servers. Depending on the hosting region, your data (limited to the anonymous device identifier, favourites entries, and IP address) may be processed outside your country of residence.
Where personal data is transferred from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision from the European Commission, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, supplemented by technical measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher).
You may request information about the current hosting location and applicable safeguards by contacting dankotetana1@gmail.com.

Because identification is by anonymous device identifier only, to exercise these rights you must provide your current device identifier (visible in Settings → About) to allow us to locate your data.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data, including:
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is a native mobile application and does not use browser cookies. The App stores limited preferences locally on your device using standard Android storage mechanisms, as described in Section 6.3. You can clear this data at any time via your device's app settings or the in-app "Clear cache" option.
We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or, where required by law, by other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
For privacy-related questions, requests, or complaints:
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence.
